I have been building AI systems since 2023, mostly for my own products. I do not yet have the usual client references and I am not going to pretend otherwise.

Instead I built six demos. They work, they run on this page, and you can try them on your own data. No sign-up, no email. Two minutes and you will know whether this is worth your time, which is more than any reference would tell you.

The fourth step is why this works. Most AI projects do not die on the technology. They die because nobody looks after them once they are handed over, and within six months they stop working.

When not to call me

  • If you are looking for the cheapest quote. I will not be the cheapest and I will not try to be.
  • If you want AI because it is in fashion and cannot name one specific process that hurts.
  • If nobody in the company has two hours a month for the rollout. It does not work without that, not even with me, and I would rather say so at the start than after three months.
  • If there are fewer than five of you. It will not pay for itself and I will tell you so on the free call.

Common questions

Where does our data go?

It runs on accounts you own. Your dashboard, your keys, your database. You get it in writing: which services are used, where the data sits, and what happens to anything sensitive. If your own clients impose GDPR requirements on you, I work to those.

Do we have to replace the systems we use?

No. I connect to what you already have. Replacing a system is a project in itself and usually there is no need.

Who does the work?

I do. From the first call through training and then the whole time it runs. No account manager, no junior, no subcontractor you find out about at the end.

What if you stop doing this?

Treat that as a possibility, not a disaster. It runs on your accounts, so it is still yours on the day I stop. You have the documentation from day one, written so somebody other than me can pick it up. Taking it over completely costs $569 once, and you can ask for it at any time, no reason needed.

What if the team never uses it?

That is the most common reason AI projects fail. It is why training is included and why I keep looking after it. If nobody is using it after a month, we work out why. Meanwhile you can cancel.

The demo is simplified. In a real deployment it runs on your data and is wired into your tools.
