A shared inbox, sorted
Paste what came into info@ today. I sort it by what is urgent, who it belongs to and what is spam, pull out order numbers, amounts and deadlines, and draft a reply for each message for you to check. Whatever can be verified is verified by code, not by a model.
Separate messages with a line starting "From:". That is exactly how text copied out of Outlook or Gmail looks. Nothing is kept.
